Organization Chart

AN ORGANIZATION CHART IS PRESENTED BELOW FOR BETTER APPRECIATION OF AUTHORITY STRUCTURE OF THE COUNCIL

The Council has a full-time Chairman, who is the Chief Executive of the council. The Chairman is appointed by the state Government for a term of three years, which may be extended for another period of three years. The Chairman is responsible to see that the provision of the Act and the regulations made under it are faithfully observed and the decisions of the council are duly implemented and he shall take all the powers necessary for this purpose.

The Secretary of the council is the Principal Administrative officer and shall subject to the control of the Chairman, perform such duties as may be prescribed by the regulation.

The Controller of Examination is responsible for all matters concerning examination administration as well as confidential work of examination.

The Deputy Secretary help the Secretary in discharging the duties and responsibilities, relating to Administrative, Academic and Registration, Permission & Recognition matters of the Council has eleven (11) branches namely- (i) Examination Branch (ii) Academic Branch (iii) Establishment Branch (iv) Accounts Branch (v) Registration, Permission and Recognition Branch (vi) Certificate Branch (vii) Research, Planning & Statistics Branch (viii) Pension Branch (ix) Store Branch (x) Public Cell (xi) SOS Branch
